Urban public transportation in Beijing is mainly the subway, the bus and the taxi. Taxi is the most convenient mode of transportation to the University from the airport. It will cost you around 80-100 RMB (expressway fee included) and take approximately 40 minutes to get to BISU from the Beijing Capital Airport (From 23:00 to 5:00 the next day, taxi drivers will charge an additional fee). Please remember to ask the driver for the receipt in case of unexpected problems (leaving belongings behind). 

You may also take the subway. From Beijing Capital International Airport to BISU: take the 'Airport Express’ line from Terminal 2 or 3 and transfer to Line 10 at ‘Sanyuanqiao’ station, then transfer to Line 6 at ‘Hujialou’ station and finally get off at ‘Dalianpo’ station (Exit B). It will cost you around 30 RMB and take approximately one hour to get to BISU from the Beijing Capital Airport.
