To build a campus of international diversity and to cultivate professionals of global vision, International Exchange Association (IEA in short), a student society under the International Student Affairs Office, was set up.

IEA frequently organizes or co-organizes a wide range of cultural, sport, musical and social activities and provides volunteering opportunities, enhancing cross-cultural understanding and cultural exchange. IEA has organized various activities including ‘Language Partner Up Party’, ‘Beijing International Long Walking Day’, ‘Chinese Cuisine Class’, ‘Open Course of Chinese culture (Beijing Opera and Paper Cutting)’, ‘International Culture Festival’, ‘Chinese Song Contest’

IEA also arranges city trips to ensure international students enjoy the best tourist attractions in China.

At the end of each semester, ISO gives some active members and/or international students partial scholarship based on their academic performance and activity involvement.
